I have infinite respect for Jeff Rosenstock and how he approaches music.
The below video is a preview for a documentary about him and the band “Bomb the Music Industry”. The preview sums up pretty much everything I like about BtMI and Jeff so I’ll keep my commentary brief – but I will say I’m annoyed that I missed it when it played at the Reverence Hotel in Melbourne. I hope I get a chance to see the whole thing sometime soon.
Even if you don’t enjoy the music (which I imagine most readers probably won’t) I hope you enjoy the spirit, fun and commitment to making something genuine and good; rather than making music purely for money.
