We spoke to Jayne Lewis, one half of Two Birds Brewing who have just opened their brewery and brewery tasting room in Melbourne’s west. We discussed their beer, brand, venue, contract brewing, and the beers themselves. Jayne is also the president of the Australian Pink Boots Society; and we discussed getting females involved in drinking and making beer. We also got a sneak peek on their new beer. You’ll have to listen to find out what that is… unless it’s out when you read this.
