Philter launched in 2017, and has been looking for a home since then. Now it’s settled into Marrickville, becoming part of one of Australia’s most vibrant brewing and distilling neighbourhoods.
Founding brewer Sam Füss joins us live from the new taproom, where she gives us a look at the brewery she helped build and tells us a bit about Philter and the beers.
