This week we pay a visit to the brothers Kaiju and their expanding brewery in South Dandenong. They tell us the story of how they started a cider company and ended up making some of the country’s favourite hop forward beers. It’s been an interesting five years for the team and no doubt there are lessons in here for anyone starting a brewery, or even a business. I guess the big lesson is: Get something super popular like KAIJU KRUSH! so maybe it’s easier said than done. Anyway, tune in:
