Two Birds Brew Day – In Photos

With Oktoberfest celebrations looming, some of the Two Birds non-brewing staff joined brewer Wilson Hede to brew an Altbier.

Co-owner Jayne Lewis told me she isn’t a fan of German styles so when the suggestion came from ambassador/sales rep Paul Sultana to brew something for the season, Jayne was more than happy to give Wilson, and the team, full control.

I tagged along to get some photos of the day.

I was also given a look at the new extended production facility. While a few months away from being fully operational, Two Birds have taken over the space next door to the current brewery. This  doubles their available space, and will enable them bring packaging in house (all packaging is currently contracted out).
