We had down to the farm, and visit with Will Tatchell from Van Dieman Brewing. Will is focussed on making beer that is as true to the farm as he can; which means growing and malting grain, growing hops, and using fruit and herbs from the land. Fans of Will will also be aware of his personality filled social media presence, so we find out how he manages it all while still running a working farm.
