With Dave swanning about in the land of the swan, I have to pull out some big guns to fill his sizeable boots (freakishly large feet, does Dave have) so we get two all time favourites in the form of Will Ziebell of the Crafty Pint, and Topher Boehm from Wildflower Brewing and Blending. We spend a bit of time talking about Coopers, and how Topher finds similarities in his beer to what they have done over the years. Will also gives us a little insight into some of his recent articles. All in all, some grade A chat.
