This week we were invited along for a tour with Scott from Aussie Brewery Tours. Visiting a couple of breweries and a cidery, we got out of the city for a look around the Yarra Valley. Scott talks us through the history of Aussie Brewery Tours, as well as what it’s like running a tourism business in the beer industry. We also chat to a guest of the tour and get his take on gose, blueberry wine and cider.
