I was doing some catch-up listening during the week and finally got to listen to this during the week. I also came across this article which was rather topical to the podcast

I am testing the theory now by drinking a Monster Mash Hopped out Red in a Riedel stemless shiraz glass, and I think it works pretty well
I don’t know enough about it, but apparently the glass that Riedel/Speigelau use is much better for beer and wine than other glass. Some sort of science…
