We spoke to Matt Houghton from Boatrocker Brewery in Braeside (Melbourne). We spoke about their beers both new and old, their barrel program, what goes into a sour beer and got great insight into starting a brewery. We also learned how Matt got started and discussed Belgian beers, Guinness, German beers and heaps of other interesting things.
